Magnetic driven mixing and batching tank is a typical innovation that applies the working principle of magnetic coupling to batching tanks. The magnetic stirring batching tank is mainly composed of a tank body, a tank cover, a motor reducer, a magnetic transmission, an explosion-proof device, a heating device, a temperature measuring device, etc. The kettle cover is provided with an inlet and outlet, an inlet and outlet, a vent, a temperature measuring port, as well as a safety explosion-proof port, a cooling port, etc.

The heating methods include far-infrared electric heating furnace, jacket hot oil electric heating, etc. According to user requirements, the external permanent magnet can be driven by a motor (or motor reducer) to rotate, and another set of permanent magnets and rotors enclosed in the isolation sleeve can be coupled and driven to rotate synchronously, thereby transmitting external power to the internal rotor in contact and frictionless manner to achieve the purpose of stirring. The pressure inside the tank is supported by a pressure resistant and reliable isolation sleeve, and the isolation sleeve and kettle body form a closed sealed chamber, so that the medium inside the kettle is in a completely closed state, thus achieving the purpose of static sealing, high pressure resistance, and no leakage.

Magnetic coupling transmission is divided into two forms: end face magnetic drive and annular magnetic drive. End face magnetic drive, this transmission form transmits relatively small torque and is only suitable for laboratory gas testing. A small reaction vessel for liquid-phase mixed reactions. Circular magnetic drive, this transmission form transmits a large torque and is suitable for catalytic and suspension reactions of various materials. It also has sufficient torque to fully stir high viscosity materials. All production equipment adopts this form.
